Delivery

Estimated delivery is 9–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; customs, carrier disruptions and peak periods can affect delivery.

Standard shipping is free to the United States. Available destinations and any charges for other destinations are shown at checkout before payment. We will send tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Your delivery details

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact chromeburninfo@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes and cancellations may no longer be possible after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If tracking stops updating, a parcel doesn't arrive, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number. For damage, keep the packaging and send photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Optional Shipping Protection does not limit your existing consumer rights or our obligations for goods that fail to arrive or arrive damaged.
