Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing chromeburninfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Return condition

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, complete with its accessories, and in its original packaging. Please do not cut wiring, modify components or install the kit if you intend to return it. This condition does not restrict your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective or arrived damaged, contact us so we can provide a remedy and arrange the appropriate return shipping at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched. For exchanges, contact us first to confirm the return and replacement process.
